The Town of Atoka are taking certain precautions to protect our citizens, customers, and staff due to recent concerns regarding the COVID-19 virus.

Modified Town Hall Services:

The lobby is not currently open to the public and we are asking that you use the drive-thru lane for service.

These services can also currently be taken care of online at our website You can pay utility bills, property taxes, and report a concern or Public Works non-emergency issue with Atoka Connect App.

You can also still contact us via phone during regular business hours of 8am-5pm for these services at (901) 837-5300. The drop box on the west side of Town hall building is also available for Utility Bill and Property Tax payments. We also ask if you do come in person, instead of using the lobby area, our staff will be available to help you through the drive-through area. Please drive around into the drive-through lane for service.

For any Public Works emergency after-hours issues please contact our after-hours emergency number. (901) 355-6574.

Public Works and Emergency Services, such as Fire, Police, and Ambulance will not be affected and will respond as normal.

All after hour meetings scheduled by the public at Town Hall will be cancelled until further notice.
